FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 17, 2006--Asyst Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASYT) will announce financial results for its fiscal year 2006 third quarter (ended Dec. 31, 2005) after the market closes on Tuesday, January 31, 2006.
Company management will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results.
