Asyst provides customers with regional and online support through its Order Fulfillment Center (OFC), where total access to customer information (order status, shipments, invoices, returned materials and spares can be obtained. Asyst provides unmatched technical product training for customers around the world. In addition, customers have direct access to information on service, and additional technical assistance.
